Seth J Adams holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts/Operations Management from Texas A&M University. His expertise lies in incremental small scale mixed/adaptive re-use urban development of historically designated properties in New York State’s Southern Tier and Finger Lakes regions. He and Susi Brady-Adams own and operate Letterpress Graphics, a high end commercial printing business founded as a garage shop in 1989 that now operates from two plants located in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX and Ithaca, NY. He holds board membership in Three Rivers Development (Steuben/Chemung Counties), Downtown Ithaca Alliance and Ithaca Voice; in addition to possessing a New York State Broker License in Real Estate Practice.
