Donation for Petrie State School.
Although we have called it a Petrie fundraiser, it is a donation to Petrie State School. A gift for every linked property sale.
Simply if a seller lets us know of a connection at our first meeting. The relationship can be that their child is a current or past student, they are a previous student, a grandchild is a current student, or they are a staff member at Petrie State School, we will make a generous donation* to Petrie State School at the settlement of the property sale by Extra Realty. The donation can be in the form of Cash or Goods or services or a combination as agreed.
While Petrie State School does not need to take any action to receive these generous donations, the more that they acknowledge the donation, and tell there community the more the community will support the program of donations. The more that the students of Petrie State School will benefit. You can promote the program to gain extra benefit for your community.
It works 24-7 and supports the local community, whilst at the same time helping the homeless. With every sale, we donate a backpack swag to the homeless, another part of Extra realty giving back to the community.
As a parent of school age children and a past sporting club president, we know the importance and difficulty in fundraising.

*Donation amount is based on our full-service full fee offering, reduced amounts apply to reduced fee sales. Only one partner or third party referrer payout will apply per property sale. The seller must advise us at the initial meeting. The sale must be completed by Extra Realty. We may withdraw, change or modify this partnership program in part or full at any time without notice. Property sale price must be over $300,000.00. Offer pays out one week after the settlement of property sale and distribution of funds.
What can you use the donation for? Good question but it is up to Petrie State School what they do with there proceeds from the donation.
