Ongoing Donation for your School, Church, Group or Club.
Although we have called it a fundraiser it is actually a donation to your School, Church, Group or Club. No action is required by the partner other than to acknowledge the donation. The more that you promote the offer of funds and the funds received the more you will see others join the clause You can promote the program to gain extra benefit for your community.
Simply if a seller lets us know of a connection (child, past student, grandchild, a member at the partner School, Church, Group or Club ), we will make a generous donation* to your school, church or group or club at the settlement of the property sale by Extra Realty. The donation can be in the form of Cash or Goods or services or a combination as agreed.
It works 24-7 and supports the local community, whilst at the same time helping the homeless.
As a parent of school age children and a past sporting club president, we know the importance and difficulty in fundraising.

*Donation amount is based on our full-service full fee offering, reduced amounts apply to reduce fee sales. Only one partner or third party referrer payout will apply per property sale. The seller must advise us at the initial meeting. The sale must be completed by Extra Realty. We may withdraw, change or modify this partnership program in part or full at any time without notice. Property sale price must be over $300,000.00. Offer pays out 1 week after the settlement of property sale and distribution of funds.
What can you use the donation for? Good question but really it is up to the individual partner what they do with there proceeds from the donation.
